Current Science Projects

  • Long-term monitoring of Drupella spp. density and cover of benthic reef communities at Ningaloo Marine Park and Muiron Islands Marine Management Area.
  • Establishing long-term monitoring programs for the Metropolitan Marine Parks and the proposed Damiper Archipelago Marine Protected Area.
  • Investigating the low temperature related coral bleaching event that occurred at Ningaloo Reef during winter 2006.
